Project Overview
LON01 / 02 Powergate is situated at Bashey Road, Park Royal, London. The overall GIFA of the Building is circa 56,000m2, two large, five-storey structures (referred to as ‘Building 1’ and ‘Building 2’) extending up to 42m above existing ground level.

Scope
Enabling works, piling platform, pile cropping bulk earthworks, temporary site infrastructure, sheet piling, basement bulk excavation, site utilities including incoming LV and HV ducting and cabling, water, telecoms ducting , security ducting and cabling, storm and foul drainage with attenuation tanks, fencing, landscape and hardscape works.

Concrete package; pile cropping, pile caps and ground beams, cast-ins, basement raft slabs, basement walls, hollow core planks, screed, power floated concrete finishes to SR2, ancillary buildings, generator yard and loading dock slabs.

CDP responsibility for precast elements, upper slabs, reinforced concrete detailing for all structural elements, full model coordination of all civil, structures, hardscape and builders works / MEP openings.
