Project Overview
The project consists of the sub-station which is to serve the main data centre buildings being developed on the site. The sub-station is a three-storey structure which includes a basement and rooftop plant. The sub-station form has been driven
by functional requirements as well as the requirements from the local planning authority.

Scope
Enabling works, bulk excavation, sheet piling, raft slab, basement box, site infrastructure, blockwork, steel frames, decking, roofing and cladding and brick slip cladding and internal finishes.
