Situated on the bank of the River Thames, this project saw the transformation of an existing office building into a new 10 storey hotel inclusive of 9 luxury apartments. The site was a combination of 3 plots of land which were separated by active roads in the centre of London’s buzzing city, with a bridged section of the building crossing multiple lanes of busy vehicle traffic.

J Coffey were entrusted with the safe delivery of a number of different elements of the project including Substructure, Superstructure and External works.Our team embraced the challenging logistics of this build. Our expertise in multiple disciplines proved crucial to on-time delivery of the Reinforced Concrete Frame including post tension slabs and associated works.
